Finance & Accounting Senior Staff - FMCG - BSD (C-118545)

• The working venue is in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
• Our client is a FMCG company. Currently, they are looking for Finance & Accounting Senior Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Accounting Taxations tasks based on applicable Company's policy and procedures and Indonesian regulations.
• Handling accounting duties like AP AR GL, and financial tasks like Bank reconciliation monthly and Petty Cash.
• Ensure all transactions comply with regulated tax law/procedures (Preparing accurate tax returns, including VAT and withholding tax, and ensure compliance with Indonesia tax regulations and filling requirements).
• Assists in tax audits and respond to tax-related inquires.
• Support manager and team and involve in day to day business operation process and contribute in improvement of the business process.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accounting or Taxation.
• Business level of English.
• Working experience as Finance and Accounting minimum 3 years from industry as follows: Trading company, Manufacturing company, FMCG distributor company (Have business to Retail company).
• Tax Brevet AB
• Experience in accounting software SAP and MS Excel is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Soft-skill : Cooperative, Proactive, Honest, Thorough, Neat, Punctual.
• Attention to detail and accuracy financial reporting.
