A leading property development company in Bali is seeking a Finance & Accounting Officer to handle day-to-day accounting and financial administration. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in finance within a project-based environment and is proficient in using accounting systems. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for successful project execution.
The Finance & Accounting Officer – Project Development is responsible for performing day‑to‑day accounting, financial administration, and reporting activities to support project development operations. This role ensures accurate recording of project transactions, proper documentation, cost tracking, and compliance with company policies, PSAK standards, and Indonesian regulations.
The position works closely with the project, procurement, and tax teams to support financial monitoring and contribute to efficient project execution.
Record and verify daily financial and project‑related transactions.
Process invoices, payment requests, advances, and reimbursements in accordance with approval workflows.
Ensure proper cost allocation to respective project accounts and cost centers.
Maintain accounts payable & receivable schedules for project vendors and contractors.
Support monitoring of project budgets, cost allocations, and spending progress.
Reconcile project cost accounts and assist in preparing cost reports.
Coordinate with project & procurement teams to validate supporting documents for payments and commitments.
Assist in monthly closing activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
Prepare supporting schedules, documentation, and working papers for monthly reporting.
Assist in generating financial statements and management reports.
Support preparation of tax documents (PPN, PPh, vendor tax files) in coordination with the Tax team.
Maintain records in accordance with government and company compliance requirements.
Maintain proper filing and documentation for project finance and accounting records.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, banks, and internal departments for required documents or confirmations.
Support internal and external audit requirements by preparing required schedules and documents.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–4 years experience in finance & accounting, preferably in property development, construction, or project-based environment.
Good knowledge of PSAK, accrual accounting, and project accounting practices.
Experience using accounting/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar).
Familiarity with Indonesian tax basics (PPN, PPh) is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & financial reporting tools.
