Qualifications

Responsibilities

We're currently looking for a Finance & Accounting Staff to join our team. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, monthly sales recap, tax calculations, and coordinating payments for operational needs. Excel proficiency and experience using accounting software (Accurate) are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Review and reconcile daily transactions, bank, cash, and sales data
• Compile monthly sales reports for financial reporting and management review
• Calculate taxes (PPh & VAT/PPN) and prepare supporting data for tax consultants
• Coordinate with internal teams on payment requests and operational purchases
• Process payments in line with internal procedures and approval flows
• Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records
