Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all operations and administration related to the entry and exit of goods both locally and export and import.
• Prepare loading and export plans.
• Develop a daily loading and unloading schedule for export and import.
• Create documents needed to process the entry and release of goods.
• Understand and create documents and licenses needed to support company operations (customs clearance, quarantine filing, export license filing, COO, etc.).
• Coordination with internal company.
• Communication with government parties such as Customs, SEZ Administrator, INSW, Ministry of Trade, Quarantine Center, etc.
• Communication with vendors such as forwarders, trucking, and counterparties to purchase or sales transactions.
• Communicating with customers regarding export import operational and administrative needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in export-import operations, particularly in bonded zone (Kawasan Berikat) or SEZ (KEK) environments.
• Experience in handling customs procedures and bonded zone documentation (BC 2.3, 2.6.1, 2.7, 2.8, PIB, PEB).
• Familiar with subcontracting permits, bonded inventory movement, and compliance reporting to custom.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, assign tasks, and monitor execution of EXIM workflows.
• Able to oversee IT inventory documentation and local logistics/transport coordination.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and ERP/logistics systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
