Responsibilities

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping tasks in park and public area maintenance.

Establish and enforce high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance in all areas.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and quality control measures.

Manage housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.

Monitor expenses, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and implement effective budget control measures.

Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning duties, scheduling shifts, and conducting performance evaluations.
