Job description

The ideal candidate is a chef with a background in handling various events. You will run an efficient kitchen by consistently looking to improve the menu, producing quality food, and working closely with Food & Beverage Service Manager in the overall food and beverage operations of the restaurant.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, especially from Culinary major
  • Minimum 3 years experiences as Head Chef in five stars Hotel or large reputable restaurant group
  • Having experience as a Chef abroad is preferred
  • Having expert knowledge about COGS report and food costing
  • High capability of planning, organizing, problem solving, staff managing and time management.
  • Able to make standard operating procedures of the kitchen to be effective & efficient
  • Passionate in cooking and business culinary
  • Creative and have strong attention to detail
