A leading retail company in Jakarta Timur is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of retail and brand events. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 2–3 years of experience in event management within the retail or optical industry. Responsibilities include developing event concepts, managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth customer experience during events. This role also requires collaboration with store managers and marketing for successful brand activations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event management, preferably within retail, lifestyle, or optical/eyewear industry.
Strong skills in event planning, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience supporting in-store events, brand activations, community engagement programs, or product launches.
Ability to translate brand strategy into engaging customer experiences.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on weekends or during extended hours based on event schedules.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of retail and brand events to drive traffic and enhance customer engagement.
Develop event concepts that align with Kacamatamoo’s brand identity and appeal to retail and optical customer segments.
Collaborate with Retail Operations and Store Managers to ensure event readiness, including staffing, product availability, and store layout adjustments.
Manage vendor selection, negotiation, budgeting, and overall event logistics to ensure timely and cost‑efficient execution.
Oversee the production of event materials and coordinate with Marketing for promotional support, social media exposure, and campaign alignment.
Ensure all event activities maintain consistent brand standards in visual setup, customer flow, and service quality.
Supervise on‑site operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the event.
Monitor event performance through attendance, engagement levels, and sales contribution, ensuring alignment with retail goals.
Produce post‑event reports that highlight outcomes, insights, and recommendations for future improvements.
Identify new event opportunities, partnerships, or community engagements that can support store visibility and strengthen brand presence.
