Qualifications

• Deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) including analyzing business processes and translating them into ERP workflows.
• Knowledge of various ERP modules (finance, manufacturing, sales, etc.) and the ability to integrate them with other systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing modules: Production Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, and Finance.
• Strong in Supply Chain roles.
• Strong understanding of database management (SQL), system integration, and API.
• Understanding of software development, relevant programming languages, and databases.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS.
• Knowledge of IT security, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
• Good negotiation, strong leadership, and good integrity.
• Fluently in English.
