We are looking for hands-on, reliable Handymen to support the day-to-day maintenance of operational villas and apartments in Ubud.

Handyman (Furniture & Finishing)

Furniture assembly and repair

Minor carpentry work

Finishing and touch-up works

Electrical and plumbing works

Basic networks and systems maintenance

Perform daily maintenance and minor repairs in operating villas/hotels

Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

Follow maintenance checklists and SOPs

Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards

Respond to urgent maintenance requests when required

Minimum 2 years of experience working in operational villas or hotels

Proven experience in minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, finishing, furniture)

Fluent in English (spoken; able to communicate with guests and management)

Reliable, and detail-oriented

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Based in Ubud or willing to work in Ubud, Bali

Flexible with non-standard working hours (on-call if required)
