Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales within the energy or industrial sector.
  • Strong network with PLN and other Independent Power Producers.
  • Strong knowledge of power systems and project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing initiatives to promote power solutions and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Oversee project execution, including procurement and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and manage cost control.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare and present marketing performance reports.
