We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Lead to join our dynamic team at PT Sentratek Adiprestasi in Jakarta. As the Electrical Engineer Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for our diverse range of projects. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that align with our company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Lead a team of electrical engineers in the design, testing, and implementation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and construction teams to understand project requirements and develop efficient electrical solutions.
• Understand Electrical Schematics & Instrumentation in the Conveyor Sector (*Priority)
• Review and approve electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Manage the procurement and installation of electrical equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost effectiveness.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify and resolve electrical‑related issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team, offering mentoring and training as needed.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.
• Contribute to the development of company policies, procedures, and standards related to electrical engineering.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Electrical & Instrument Engineer, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems for commercial and industrial projects
• Proficient in the use of electrical design software, such as SKADA, ETAP, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of electrical engineers
