Job summary

A leading FMCG company in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales strategies and manage key accounts. You will enhance brand visibility and generate traffic across digital platforms while leading negotiations with major online partners. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in e-commerce, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a bachelor’s degree. The offered salary range is Rp. 18.000.000 - Rp. 21.000.000.

Job description
Main Responsibilities
  1. Achieve Online Sales Targets : Drive sell-in to key online stores and implement effective promotional activities to support sell-out within the assigned budget.
  2. Increase Traffic & Brand Visibility : Utilize Unicharm’s brand assets to enhance visibility, generate traffic, and strengthen brand presence across digital platforms.
  3. Manage Key E-Commerce Accounts : Lead meetings, negotiations, and business reviews with major online partners to ensure sustainable performance and long‑term collaboration.
  4. Platform Ownership (PIC) : Serve as the Person in Charge for TikTok and Tokopedia for all Unicharm brands, ensuring optimal execution, performance monitoring, and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related discipline.
  • 4–7 years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of online sales levers, traffic growth strategies, and digital promotional planning.
  • Proven experience managing key online store accounts and executing effective sell-in/sell-out plans.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with online platforms.
  • Data‑driven thinker with strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and optimize strategies.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
