Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced E-Commerce Specialist (not just an admin) who can plan, develop, and execute online sales strategies across all major e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketplace ecosystems, data analytics, and digital marketing, with proven ability to drive sales growth and manage end-to-end operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in any major (preferably in Management, Marketing, or Digital Business).

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in e-commerce / marketplace management (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, TikTok Shop, etc.).

Strong knowledge of end-to-end strategies: campaign planning, pricing, promotions, traffic management, and after-sales operations.

Experienced in managing promotional budgets (marketplace ads, affiliates, influencers) with ROI analysis.

Skilled in data analysis and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets, analytics tools, BI dashboard is a plus).

Excellent negotiation and communication skills with e-commerce platform representatives.

Proficient in English (active/passive, fluent for business communication preferred).

Strategic thinker, independent, results-driven, and a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns across major marketplaces in Indonesia.

Optimize traffic, conversion rate, and overall sales performance on each platform.

Manage and monitor paid advertising (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure relevant content and campaigns.

Prepare regular performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with insights and recommendations.

Conduct market, competitor, and consumer trend research for strategy innovation.

Build and maintain partnerships with marketplace platforms to maximize brand exposure.
