  • Own P&L on key Indonesian platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee), directly responsible for sales, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Develop and execute category growth/recovery strategies covering pricing, promotion, and inventory.
  • Conduct deep data analysis to derive actionable insights from sales trends, customer behavior, and competition.
  • Oversee store operations (visuals, listings, page optimization) to maximize brand presence and conversion.
  • Manage digital marketing budget and channels (platform ads, social media, KOLs) to drive ROI-focused growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent in English communication skills.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on e-commerce operation experience in Indonesia, preferably in FMCG, 3C, or small appliances.
  • Proven track record of independently managing a category and delivering measurable business growth/turnaround.
