About the role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce professional to join our team at PT Lock & Lock Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our online sales and digital presence.

Job Descriptions:

Support the E-commerce Manager in driving sales growth and profitability across marketplaces and D2C (own website).
Oversee day-to-day operations on key platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Track and analyze sales performance, campaign ROI, and category development.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, design, and customer service) and marketplace account managers.
Monitor and optimize ads, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
Assist in creating P&L reports and initiatives to improve contribution margin.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
Proven minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using marketplace dashboards and BI tools.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Solid understanding of budgeting, pricing strategies, and promotion planning.
Having a background in FMCG, household goods, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
