About Our Client

Job Description

Leadership & Strategy

• Define and implement maintenance strategies in alignment with production objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of electrical and mechanical technicians.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure integrated and efficient operations.

Maintenance Operations

• Direct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure swift troubleshooting and resolution of equipment failures.
• Manage maintenance scheduling to minimize operational disruptions.

Electrical & Mechanical Oversight

• Supervise installation, servicing, and repair of electrical systems (motors, control panels, PLCs, drives, etc.).
• Oversee mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating machinery.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and mechanical safety codes and regulations.

Asset Management

• Maintain detailed equipment history, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory.
• Implement and optimize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for effective tracking and reporting.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Develop and manage the maintenance budget.
• Optimize resource allocation and control operational costs.

Compliance & Safety

• Enforce compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to mitigate hazards.

Continuous Improvement

• Champion initiatives for energy savings, equipment upgrades, and process enhancements.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive corrective actions for performance improvement.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
• Preferably strong understanding in Siemens drive & PLC
• Must have troubleshooting, comissioning and installation background.
• Strong expertise in electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and automation technologies.
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance planning tools.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
