A major construction joint venture in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Document Controller to manage administrative and technical documents. The role involves ensuring timely document delivery, supporting project management, and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent English skills. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience. This position is site-based and demands a high level of confidentiality.
To manage all administrative and technical documents in accordance with Project Document Control Procedure
To generate master copies and manage any additional copies required
To Manage the requisition of stationary and paper within doc control and general office supplies
To Create/issue to Engineers/Employer documentation using current database in accordance with current procedures.
To Liaise with other departments to ensure timely issue of all project document deliverables
To monitor approval process for initial document and revised document and prepare notice letter to Engineer for follow-up purpose
Control the process of document changes.
To update the documented information master list (documents and records).
To ensure that all users have access to the latest revision of appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
To translate the letter or other project document from Indonesian to English and vice versa
To support project manager/engineers with general project duties (as required)
To support monthly progress report creation/ other project documentation
