• Responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned area.
• Visit merchants daily to promote products and gather feedback.
• Ensure smooth operation of programs in the area and meet sales targets.
• Ensure placement of POS materials and promotional activities in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to gather information on sales, competitors, and field issues.
• Manage approximately 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and around 80 sales promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refresher training for promoters.
• Monitor first billing data by promoters and merchants.

Qualifications

• Diploma Degree in any field is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) with experience in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team and area.
• Good communication and marketing skills, especially with social media.
