Overview

Coordinate and manage university and study program licensing processes, including validity, renewal, government reporting, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Lead national and international accreditation and ranking efforts by managing preparation, data collection, self-assessment, and stakeholder coordination. Oversee performance monitoring and evaluation by analyzing data, aligning with KPIs, streamlining reporting systems, and driving continuous improvement. Manage quality-driven business processes by analyzing workflows, handling stakeholder complaints, improving service delivery, and ensuring compliance with standard procedures. Implement and control quality assurance systems (e.g., ISO 9000), conduct internal audits, manage documentation, and ensure audit follow-ups and compliance. Provide strategic management support through performance indicator analysis, budget coordination, reporting, and suggesting operational improvements aligned with quality management standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• At least 4–5 years in senior level position, preferred in higher education administration, quality assurance, or accreditation roles
• Strong understanding of university licensing, national/international accreditation (BAN-PT, QS Stars, AACSB), and higher education regulations
• Proficient in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), performance monitoring, and business process improvement
• Strong analytical, reporting, and project coordination skills
• Willing to be placed at Bandung, West Java
