• Bachelor or Masters Degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related major; MBA preferred.
• Fluency in English, Indonesian, and Chinese (as a working language).
• Willing to travel frequently for business.
• At least 5+ years of working experience, including 3+ years of development management, preferably from hospitality, real estate or chain services industry.
• Experience leading team to more than 10 franchise or investment projects.
• Strong connections with Indonesian political, business or real estate circles.
• Familiarity with Indonesia's complex regulatory environment, especially foreign‑owned hotel operations.
• Strong macro vision, ability to work under pressure, and ability to establish order in blurred environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategy formulation: Deeply analyze trends in the Indonesian hotel market and formulate a localization development strategy consistent with company image.
• Top‑level design and negotiation: Lead strategic cooperation negotiations with Indonesian consortiums, large property developers, and government‑affiliated companies, handling commercial terms.
• Team building and management: Set up and manage the BD team from scratch, establish effective recruitment, training, and incentive systems.
• Cross‑cultural bridge: Act as the core liaison between Chinese management and Indonesia's local market, accurately communicating business intentions and eliminating cultural barriers.
• Risk control: Audit legal, financial, and market risks of all contracted projects to ensure project health.

Core Mission

Overall responsible for the brand expansion and strategic layout of PT ELONG HOTEL TECHNOLOGY in the Indonesian market. Develop and execute an annual plan for the franchise business, lead the team through market entry from 0 to 1, and build the company's industry position in the Indonesian hotel investment community.
