Job summary

A digital marketing agency is looking for an intern to assist in managing social media ads and analyzing performance data from its Bandung office. The role requires a current university student or fresh graduate with a keen interest in social media management and digital advertising. You will handle the execution of digital ads, prepare performance reports, and manage content scheduling on social platforms.   • Familiar with or willing to learn Google Ads, social media analytics tools, or platforms like Airtable.
  • Capable of analyzing performance data and providing insights for improvement.
  • Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and maintain client data confidentiality.
Job Description
  • Responsible for managing social media ads across all platforms based on client requirements and ensuring smooth execution of digital ads for clients or the company.
  • Record daily performance on Airtable and prepare monthly reports for clients and the company, highlighting ROI achievements and other results to aid decision-making.
  • Manage the scheduling and publication of content on relevant social media platforms.
  • Record and analyze the performance of each post, including feeds and stories, for further evaluation.
  • Regularly analyze and remove irrelevant search terms on Google Ads every two weeks.
  • Ensure that ad content is uploaded within a maximum of 3 hours after the related post goes live.
  • Run ads as per company needs, including on holidays or weekends, if necessary.
  • Prepare and submit performance reports within a maximum of 2 working days from the data retrieval date.
  • Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all client data and information obtained during employment.
