About the role

The Product Marketing position at LocknLock Indonesia plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, product positioning, and market penetration. This role focuses on developing and executing product marketing strategies, ensuring product value communication, and strengthening the company’s brand presence in the market.

Job Descriptions:
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and manage product launches.
  • Craft compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
  • Create marketing content including product descriptions, sales collateral, case studies, and presentations.
  • Enable the sales team with training and tools to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, creative, and PR teams to ensure alignment.
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Monitor product performance metrics (sales, customer acquisition, NPS) and optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, or PR, preferably in FMCG, retail, or lifestyle/home-ware industries.
  • Significant product marketing and development experience.
