A leading food company in Indonesia is seeking a Brand Manager to accelerate digital adoption and drive retail growth. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of marketing experience with strong expertise in digital and trade marketing. Responsibilities include executing digital strategies, optimizing e-commerce, and enhancing brand visibility through trade marketing. This role requires a data-driven mindset and an ability to create scalable frameworks for market execution.
This role is designed to accelerate digital adoption, drive retail channel growth, and support strategic marketing initiatives across the region. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing ASEAN this person will collaborate closely with our country marketing managers and sales teams to ensure our activities drive growth in the markets. The ideal candidate will bring a digital-first mindset, experience in retail/trade with a passion for accelerating omnichannel penetration.
Lead and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand engagement, awareness, and conversion across ASEAN markets through e-commerce enablement, social media management, influencer partnerships, website/SEO optimization, and data-driven performance reporting.
Design and execute trade marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive retail sales through POSM development, in-store campaigns, distributor collaboration, and digital integration for enhanced shopper engagement.
Develop scalable marketing frameworks and toolkits to enhance execution across markets by creating structured playbooks, facilitating best practice sharing, and driving consistency in strategic initiatives.
Contribute to building and protecting corporate brand equity by developing digital storytelling content, supporting purpose-driven campaigns, and ensuring global brand consistency across all channels.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Master’s degree or specialization in Digital Marketing is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional ASEAN languages are a plus.
5–10 years of marketing experience, with strong experience in Digital and Retail/Trade.
Proven track record in managing digital campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and retail activation programs.
Experience working in regional roles across ASEAN markets preferred.
Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital platforms, performance marketing, SEO, and social media strategy.
Familiarity with retail and trade marketing tools, distributor engagement, and POS activation.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into scalable frameworks.
Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics and ROI tracking.
