Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans and ensure adherence to deadlines.
User Experience: Ensure digital platforms deliver a positive user experience and are optimized for performance, usability, and accessibility.
Compliance: Ensure digital projects comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on digital trends and innovations. Implement cutting‑edge technologies and practices to keep the organization competitive.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant Experience: Typically, 5+ years of experience in digital development, project management, or a related field. Experience should include managing digital projects and leading teams.
Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
Digital Technologies: Strong knowledge of digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
Analytics Tools: Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure performance.
SEO and SEM: Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) practices.
Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
UX/UI Design: Basic knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
