Responsibilities

• Integrate DevOps methodology into development and operations lifecycles

• Coordinate network and deployment resources to keep systems smooth, robust, and reliable

• Support rapid and safe deployment of new product features while maintaining stability, availability, and performance

• Design monitoring and audit log management systems for all services

• Build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery for faster releases

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and proactively resolve issues in production environments

• Participate in on-call rotations to address critical incidents and maintain uptime

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in infrastructure or software engineering

• Strong understanding of cloud and on-premise infrastructure architecture

• Fluent communication in English

• Proficient in Kubernetes and Docker container configuration & deployment

• Experience in web server and load balancer configuration

• Solid knowledge of Git version control best practices

• Experience with scripting and automation using Ansible

• Familiar with monitoring platforms (Prometheus & Alertmanager)

• Familiar with log management systems (ELK & Graylog)

• Experience managing databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Cassandra including database clusters & DBA activities
