Job description

Responsibilities

Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to develop demand forecasts.

Prepare demand plans by considering promotional activities, seasonality, and marketing initiatives.

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to determine stock requirements.

Monitor actual sales vs. forecast performance and implement improvements to ensure forecast accuracy.

Provide input to Procurement and Inventory teams to support purchasing and production planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Logistics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, 1–2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or logistics is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet (pivot tables, formulas, forecasting tools).
• Experience from FMCG Company/Retail Company as Demand Planner/Demand Forcaster.
• Experience in using ERP, Demand Planning Systems, or Business Intelligence (BI) Tools.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (procurement, warehousing, distribution, sales, and marketing).
• Familiar with documentation processes such as invoices, tax invoices, and supporting claim documents.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Good time management skills.
