Job Description

As a Data Scientist, your main duties will include:

• Design and deploy credit scoring and risk models using traditional and alternative data.
• Develop AI/ML solutions that enable fair lending and climate-smart practices..
• Build dashboards and insight tools to monitor impact and performance.
• Work closely with financial institutions, regulators, and fin-techs to co-create ethical AI frameworks.
• Guide consultants and partner teams in building data literacy and promoting ethical AI practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Scientist should have:

• A degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Min 6+ years in data science role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
• Experience with data evaluation, machine learning, and predictive modelling.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge on Not For Profit industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must.
