Job description

We are looking for a Customer Service Lead to coordinate and guide our CS agents in delivering excellent, premium‑level patient experiences. This role acts as the main point of contact on the floor and ensures daily service operations run smoothly.

SATU Dental is the fastest growing dental chain in Indonesia. Our mission is to build awareness of dental care among Indonesians and give access to high‑quality dental treatments. With 450+ dentists, we are currently operating 50+ clinics across Jakarta Greater Area, Surabaya, and Semarang.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Customer Service Agents in daily operations
  • Ensure consistent premium service standards and patient experience
  • Become the first escalation point for patient inquiries and complaints
  • Monitor patient flow, waiting time, and service accuracy
  • Coordinate closely with doctors, nurses, and clinic operations
  • Ensure CS team follows SOPs and communication standards
  • Provide on‑the‑job guidance and basic coaching to CS agents
  • Assist in daily reporting and service improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Customer Service Supervisor (clinic, hospitality, or premium retail preferred)
  • Experience as senior CS / team lead is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service‑oriented, detail‑focused, and calm under pressure
