Overview
Creative Designer role focusing on developing captivating design concepts that align with the Brand identity and guidelines across various media.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft and develop design concepts based on requirements that align with Brand identity and guidelines; create communications strategy with an attractive approach for digital and print media, layouts, promotions, and related areas.
- Manage operational excellence, ensuring consistency with global guidelines while incorporating local relevance within budget and timing constraints.
- Ensure compliance with Brand standards and maintain consistency across all visual content.
- Handle and manage the corporate merchandise and collateral production process from design, review, revision, to production and maintenance.
- Coordinate and support event management for internal and external events to ensure flawless execution.
- Document internal events and organize documentation effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field from reputable universities.
- Good work ethics, project management skills, and a strong desire to grow and learn.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a beauty brand or creative agency, with a proven track record of leading a team. Experience in consumer goods or retail merchandising/creative design is a plus.
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or graphics.
- Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, 3ds Max, SketchUp, After Effects / Adobe Premiere) and other relevant design tools; basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills with strong conceptual and strategic thinking.
- Expertise in design principles, including layout, composition, and typography.
- Understanding of print production (materials, colour profiles, finishing processes) and photo/video production (pre-production, production, post-production).
