Corporate Credit Risk Analyst – Productive and Employee Loan
  • Full-time
  • Financial Statement Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of corporate financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) to assess a borrower's financial health, profitability, and cash flow generation.
  • Credit Assessment & Modeling: Build and run financial models to project future performance and calculate critical credit metrics (e.g., debt-to-EBITDA). Determine the borrower's internal credit rating and risk profile.
  • Underwriting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive credit write-ups/memos detailing the findings, identifying risks, and recommending approval or denial of loan applications to the Credit Committee.
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Continuously monitor a portfolio of corporate clients for compliance with loan covenants and track performance metrics. Identify and report early warning signs of financial distress.
  • Risk Mitigation & Structuring: Recommend appropriate loan structures, collateral requirements, and pricing to mitigate identified credit risks and ensure the transaction aligns with the institution's risk appetite.
  • Industry Research & Compliance: Research industry trends and economic factors impacting borrowers. Ensure all credit decisions and processes adhere to internal risk policies and regulatory standards.
