Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in field trials and the agricultural industry, especially in Seeds & Traits.
• Knowledge on field trial design, planning, execution, and analysis.
• Understanding of corn varieties and agricultural practices in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Execute field scale testing programs for Bayer seeds.
• Communicate agronomic positions of seed products to stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and training for sales teams and retail partners.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in digital tools and computer applications

Experience in conducting training

Strong statistical and analytical skills

Fluent in English

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture
