About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator Specialist to join our growing Product team. You will play a vital role in preparing accurate cost estimates and driving the financial planning of key construction projects. Collaborating with both the Product and field teams, you will ensure estimates are precise and aligned with project goals, contributing directly to the success of our innovative ventures.

Key Duties and Delights
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and AMODA systems to generate accurate pricing.
  • Develop precise pricing based on the specifications and quantities requested by the planning team.
  • Create standardized unit pricing for consistent cost assessments.
  • Collaborate with architects, operations teams, and contractors to address design challenges, provide technical support, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain well-organized and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring easy access to drawings, specifications, and relevant project files.
  • Minimum 2 years of construction experience required; a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
