We are looking for a Companion on outsource basis for a new project where companions help elderly people feel less alone — through warm and regular communication. The format is remote, and the interaction can take place through both calls and messages.

Your main tasks will be:

• Your role will be to stay in touch with clients, talk with them over the phone or messages, discuss memories, interests, and simply be there for them.
• This job requires kindness, sensitivity, and a sense of responsibility.

We expect from you:

• Fluent English (additional languages will be considered beneficial)
• Ability to communicate effectively via text and voice
• Basic knowledge of etiquette and professional communication
• Active listening skills and emotional support abilities
• Ability to follow a schedule and manage time effectively
• Basic understanding of communication psychology (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident user of smartphone/PC and messaging apps
