Job summary

Create and allocate sales targets aligned with business objectives and market potential.

Design and continuously refine territory structures for optimal coverage and efficiency.

Utilize data-driven approaches to ensure equitable target distribution and territory optimization.

Analyze workload and market needs to allocate Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) effectively.

Collaborate with regional sales leaders to ensure resource alignment with business goals.

Design and manage incentive programs tailored to pharmaceutical salesforce requirements.

Ensure incentive plans comply with industry regulations and ethical guidelines while driving performance.

Evaluate and optimize sales representative routing plans to improve customer coverage and operational efficiency.

Generate reports to track routing effectiveness and recommend adjustments as needed.

Lead projects to improve sales processes and drive efficiencies in commercial operations.

Leverage data and feedback to implement best practices in field force management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Pharmacy, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Have 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial analysis and/or SFE roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Preferably with experience in the Pharmaceutical/FMCG Industry.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Have a strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical CRM system (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).
  • Willing to work with overtime if needed.
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to be stationed in East-Jakarta
