Desa Hay and Munduk Cabins are two distinctive luxury boutique hospitality experiences rooted in nature, sustainability, and authentic local culture.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Cluster General Manager to lead both luxury properties, drive operational excellence, and elevate guest experiences to the highest standards.

Position Overview

The Cluster General Manager will have full strategic and operational responsibility for both Desa Hay and Munduk Cabins. This role requires a hands‑on leader with strong commercial acumen, exceptional people leadership skills, and a passion for creating meaningful, high‑quality hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for both properties
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop management teams and staff
• Drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ensure brand positioning, quality standards, and sustainability values are consistently upheld
• Collaborate with owners and stakeholders on business growth and long‑term strategy
• Oversee pre‑opening, openings, or repositioning initiatives if required
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety, and operational best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Cluster General Manager in boutique hotels, luxury resorts, or lifestyle hospitality concepts
• Strong background in operations, finance, and people management
• Experience managing multiple properties is highly preferred
• Passion for nature‑based, sustainable, and experiential hospitality
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
