To ensure all clinic branches maintain the same high standards of facility quality, operational compliance, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Facility & Equipment Inspection
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect building maintenance, cleanliness (hygiene), and ambiance.
  • Ensure all medical and non-medical equipment is functional and properly maintained.
  • Verify safety compliance (waste management, fire safety) and branding standards.
2. Operational Compliance
  • Audit staff adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from reception to treatment.
  • Check inventory accuracy (stock counts) and administrative records.
  • Assess service quality and staff grooming/attitude.
3. Reporting & Improvement
  • Create concise audit reports with scoring and findings.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor follow-up actions to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Skills & Requirements
  • Experience: Background in Clinic Operations, Hospital Administration, or Quality Assurance.
  • Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for cleanliness, aesthetics, and procedural gaps.
  • Integrity: Objective in scoring and reporting; not biased.
