What You’ll Take Ownership Of
Operations and execution
  • Build simple, reliable processes across the company.
  • Turn strategy into clear plans, timelines, and measurable goals.
  • Keep teams aligned and projects moving.
Growth engine
  • Lead acquisition and retention efforts in Europe and the US.
  • Improve funnels, test new channels, and scale what works.
  • Work closely with product and marketing to strengthen activation and conversion.
Product and brand consistency
  • Ensure our positioning and messaging stay focused and coherent.
  • Help shape how users experience Jobgether, from first touchpoint to long-term engagement.
Leadership and partnership with the CEO
  • Share responsibility for company decisions and prioritization.
  • Bring clarity, speed, and ownership to daily operations.
  • Act as the operational counterpart to the CEO’s strategic vision.
What Makes You a Good Fit
  • Experience as a founder, COO, GM, Head of Ops, or similar senior operator.
  • Background in SaaS or marketplaces.
  • Strong execution skills: prioritization, structure, follow-through.
  • Good grasp of growth, product, and analytics.
  • Comfortable working fast with limited resources.
  • Clear communicator, practical mindset.
  • Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
