• Monitoring customer orders from PO until delivery.
• Handling customer quotations, claims and complaints.
• Developing creative ways to achieve targets.
• Negotiating and adjusting production schedules.

CHIEF MARKETING EXPORT (URGENTLY NEEDED)

We are a foreign investment company with more than 20 years of experience in the disposable industry. Certified with international quality and food safety systems such as FSSC22000, BRC IOP, ISO22000, we proudly present our products to overseas and domestic markets for hotel restaurant café (Horeca) businesses and the beverage industry.

Qualifications

• Computer literate
• Min 3 years experience as Chief Marketing Export at a manufacturing company
• Experience in plastic packaging products is an advantage
• Educational background D3/S1
• Good communication, strong analysis and fast learning
• Live or can live in Tangerang area is an advantage
• Proficiency in English is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions
• Preparing quotations for customers
• Achieving targets set by management
• Maintaining good relationships with existing customers
• Monitoring customer orders from PO until delivery
• Handling customer quotations, claims and complaints
• Developing creative ways to achieve targets or set goals
• Negotiating, communicating and presenting effectively, and adjusting production schedules
