Job summary

A growing CFD brokerage company is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to enhance client acquisition and manage portfolios. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in business development and a strong understanding of the CFDs industry. Key responsibilities include onboarding new partners, achieving sales targets, and utilizing CRM systems. Proficiency in English is essential, and multilingual abilities are advantageous. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales roles within the CFDs industry.
  • Good understanding of trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 and core FX & CFDs products.
  • Proven ability to acquire new IBs/partners and manage client portfolios.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and retail clients.
  • Maintain and grow existing IB and client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and trading volume KPIs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance during onboarding of IBs and clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events to promote the brand.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams.
