We are looking for a results-driven Business Representative who views sales as a strategic partnership. The ideal candidate isn’t just looking for a transaction; they are a master of the end-to-end sales cycle—specializing in the art of creating and closing high-value opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and exploit new market opportunities to drive business growth while strategically managing and nurturing relationships within the existing portfolio.
  • Maintain a steadfast focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets in strict alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives and revenue KPIs.
  • Take full ownership of developing and managing accounts to peak performance, ensuring long-term profitability and client retention.
  • Commit to continuous professional development by keeping up-to-date with evolving product knowledge, industry trends, and advanced consultative selling methodologies with a play-to-win attitude.
  • Maintain high-touch relationships with key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their unique business needs, pain points, and long-term goals.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage the sales funnel with precision, ensuring accurate forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver high-impact presentations and craft persuasive business proposals that win new mandates.
Requirements
  • At least an S1 degree with 3-5 years of proven quota-carrying experience in a professional sales environment.
  • A verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.
  • Expertise in managing the full consultative sales process/lifecycle, with a strong focus on consultative solution-selling.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse pipeline of both new and existing customers (Must have business accounts).
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems to manage the sales funnel effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a "play-to-win" attitude.
