Job summary

A leading software company in Indonesia is looking for a Business Development professional to acquire and grow brands on its Omnichannel platform. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the SaaS industry, and possess strong relationship management skills. This role includes maximizing brand engagement and collaborating with marketing on various initiatives. Good English proficiency is required.

Job Descriptions
  • Acquire and grow well-known brands/sellers for Desty\'s Omnichannel platform.
  • Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and expanding close-and-constructive relationships with well-known brands/sellers.
  • Maximizing brands/sellers to use all our features accordingly (including paid features and any commercial subscription).
  • Raise awareness and generate transactions volume from brands/sellers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to fully support, solve, and succeed brands in using Desty Omni.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to support activities or events with brands/sellers such as webinars, sales campaigns, co-marketing, co-branding, and success stories coverage.
  • Gather market feedback and insights to continuously improve content and customer experiences.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Lead to build and grow a strong foundation of the Business Development division.
