Responsibilities

Develop and manage the strategy and activities of the sales and/or business partner teams to achieve sales targets and account performance objectives.

Identify and develop new business opportunities from both new and existing customers.

Research and analyze potential markets and industries to generate qualified leads and strategic partnerships.

Manage, assess, and collaborate with business partners to convert leads into opportunities using the BANT+C methodology.

Provide accurate pricing estimates that align with client requirements.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Negotiate and re-negotiate product/solution offerings at the C-Level within client organizations.

Demonstrate solid understanding of IT solutions and actively participate in pre‑sales processes to tailor effective solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and performance goals are met.

Manage and report on the sales pipeline on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to align with quarterly and annual targets.

Develop a personal strategy and task list to achieve sales goals and performance targets.

Handle customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

Minimum of a Diploma (D3), preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Technology, Business, or any related field.

5-6 years of experience in selling IT solutions such as IT Custom Development, IT Resourcing, ERP systems, Cloud, Middleware, APIs, Automation, and Database Management, as well as subscription‑based software.

Experience handling accounts from industries such as Banking, FSI, Telco, Government, State‑Owned Enterprises (SOEs), F&B, FMCG, Retail, Fintech, e‑Commerce, Warehousing & Distribution, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Services.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with experience in engaging mid‑level management and C‑Level executives.

Proven experience working with and managing partners and principals; strong attitude and negotiation skills.

Solid knowledge of IT solutions, including Operating Systems, Virtualization, DevSecOps, Middleware, APIs, and Automation.

Understanding of financial fundamentals (P&L, COGS, budgeting) and familiarity with contracts, SLAs, project proposals, and RFPs.

Have English language skills (write and verbal).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.

Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Understanding of contract, term and condition, SLA.

Understand basic financial rules, Profit & Loss, COGS, budget - Understand basic project management, proposal, RF.
