A leading AI technology firm in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and over 2 years of experience in business development, particularly in AI or technology sectors. We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with a strong understanding of AI technology to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, strategic thinking, and technical awareness of AI solutions.
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities related to AI products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in AI technology
Collaborate with technical and product teams to design customized AI solutions for clients
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business plans for potential clients
Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably in AI, SaaS, or technology sectors
Strong understanding of AI concepts such as machine learning, data analytics, automation, or AI-driven platforms
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and business growth targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to translate technical AI solutions into clear business value for clients
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with AI startups or technology-driven companies
Existing network in the technology or enterprise market
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
