About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Dinasti Nusantara. Based in South Tangerang Banten ID, this full‑time position will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving new business growth.

What you'll be doing
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business prospects
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in new business development or sales, preferably in the B2B space
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
