Job Description
  • Support Business Development activities through business administration and documentation management.
  • Prepare, review, and archive export–import documents in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Manage licensing and compliance processes (OSS, NIB, HS Code, PEB, COO, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams, forwarders, vendors, and other relevant parties.
  • Assist in professional administrative communications with business partners and clients.
  • Prepare administrative reports, quotation data, and supporting documentation for sales activities.
  • Ensure all administrative processes are organized, timely, and accurate.
  • Provide administrative support for sales activities, meetings, follow-ups, and business development.
