Job summary

A leading financial technology company in Indonesia seeks an experienced individual to manage relationships with local merchants. Responsibilities include training merchants on product knowledge, proposing and implementing merchant programs, and supporting communication for sales improvement. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, and experience in the financial sector. This role requires both SIM A and C licenses and a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of working experience in a financial company.
  • Vast network in local brands/retail merchants preferred.
  • Holding both a SIM A and C license and owning a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with local merchants.
  • Train merchants on product knowledge and basic tax processes.
  • Propose and drive implementation for merchant programs.
  • Support program promotion media communication and sales improvement.
  • Analyze market updates and develop sales programs.
  • Create partnerships with online merchants and payment gateways.

Job Responsibilities
  • Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with local merchants.
  • Merchant training on Indodana product knowledge, merchant dashboard, and basic tax process.
  • Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top line metrics.
  • Dealing with merchants in order to support program promotion media communication placement and sales improvement.
  • Identify, research and maintain relationship with merchants.
  • Analyzingmarket update, developing sales program based on customer demand, business expansion, trends and competitor activity.
  • Researching ways to increase the value of our products for our clients (examples : missing features,
  • improvements, client feedback)
  • In charge of creating partnerships with brand, online merchant, payment gateway or other partners in regional.
  • Have a depth understanding of both our product and the partners' product in order to create a successful partnership.
  • Prepare an interesting and accurate customized presentation to be presented to potential partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Diploma Degree from any major
  • At least 1-2Year(s) of working experience in financial company.
  • Vast network in local brand /retail merchants preferred.
  • Strong analytical in sales and performance monitoring.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Holding both a SIM A and C license and owning a personal vehicle.
