Job Description
- Obtain and maintain relationships/network with acquired or potential clients or partners.
- Define opportunity & achieve sales targets by prospecting, qualifying, assisting closing, and managing sales opportunities for Staffinc Group (Multi offering/ All BUs - with certain contribution proportion). Additionally, develop and manage the sales pipeline, assess prospects, conduct follow-ups, and close the deal.
- Providing a consultative solutions sales process to clients and exceptional understanding and insights of Staffinc product and services.
- Collaborating and orchestrating with management, business units and subsidiaries to create effective acquisition strategies.
- Attending and contributing for potential sales acquisitions for each subsidiaries and business units on weekly meetings.
- Conduct reporting according to Staffinc standard.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic business development, B2B sales, any sales acquisition role for outsourcing services (MPO, BPO, Facility Management), or in SaaS, or in equipment services
- Bonus point for having work experience in dynamic, fast paced environment
- Exceptional communication skill, collaborative skill, and research and market analysis skill
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative solutions for networking and generate leads, and maintain client relationship
- Good team player: Excellent people and management skills to interact with stakeholders, cross-functional teams and third parties.
