Job summary

This role involves overseeing multiple projects and developing documentation as per regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Preferably experienced 2 years specialized in Product Development or equivalent.
• Having brief knowledge about FMCG.
• Prior experience in cosmetic product development or similar role is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and new ingredients for product development.
• Contribute to the formulation and testing of new cosmetic products.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop product concepts and positioning.
• Work with production to ensure manufacturability of product formulations.
• Participate in product testing and evaluation processes.
• Assist in creating product documentation, including technical specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
