Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in field sales or beauty distribution.
• Strong understanding of General Trade operations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard General Trade outlets and distributors.
• Pitch and promote Baskit’s beauty brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners.
• Monitor daily sales activities and provide updates.
• Gather field insights to support brand strategy.
