Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards

Responsibilities
  • This position exists to manage and improve business process for corporate clients, and any other activities that might impact on customer experience and satisfaction, in accordance to fulfil business goals.
  • To develop and launch initiatives products to meet business goals and strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing customer complaints/negative voice regarding Bank's services/products and improving current customer journey.
  • Improving dynamic working relationships between employees.
  • Design and build appropriate processes, to ensure that all business activities are well documented with necessary improvements in order to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor degree with major in business, management, accounting, or banking and finance
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in financial industry – e.g. accountant, analyst, corporate finance and relationship manager (in bank or non-bank financial institution)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude.
